Yes, once you’re selected for the program, you will have a position secured. However, you will still go through the standard onboarding process with the employer and are required to meet all basic requirements for the position.
No! Your compensation will not be affected by participation in the program. Your salary and benefits will remain competitive and on par with your peers. To find out more about sign-on or relocation bonus eligibility, request information or begin an application and an advisor will reach out.
No. Scholarships, grants, and financial aid that you receive as a student will not be affected by participating in this program. However, if any scholarship or sponsorship you receive as a student includes terms that require you to work for another employer after graduating, you would not be eligible to participate in Scholars Network programs.
