The Southcoast Nursing Scholars program offers current pre-licensure nursing students the opportunity to secure employment at Southcoast Health's Charlton Memorial Hospital prior to graduation - with the added bonus of significant reduction or elimination of student loan debt.
Through this program, Southcoast Health provides you up to $40,000 in loan repayment in exchange for a three year, full-time work commitment upon graduation, licensure, and beginning full-time work as a registered nurse.
